1. Who we are and which apps these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Prasish Sharma, an individual developer and trader operating under the name MobileApp Mentor ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pokhara-33700, Kaski, Nepal. They apply to each of the following apps ("Apps"), and to any future app we publish on Google Play under the developer name MobileApp Mentor:

By downloading, installing or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App and uninstall it.

2. Your licence to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Apps on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You also remain bound by the Google Play Terms of Service, which govern how you obtain the Apps.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute an App, except where the law expressly allows it;
• remove or interfere with advertising, copyright notices or security features;
• use an App for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the laws that apply where you live;
• use an App, or its game results, as part of any gambling, betting or wagering activity.

3. Price, advertising and purchases

The Apps are free to download.

Our apps contain ads

Every App listed in section 1 contains advertising. By using an App, you understand and agree that ads will be shown while you use it. Ads are served by Google AdMob and the advertising partners that bid through it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Ad formats. Depending on the App, ads may appear as banners, as full-screen (interstitial) ads between games, levels or screens, or as optional rewarded video ads you choose to watch.
• Third-party content. Ads are created and supplied by third-party advertisers, not by us. We do not endorse the products or services they advertise and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or offers. Your dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
• Leaving the App. Tapping an ad may open a website, Google Play or another app. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Personalised ads. Where the law requires it, the App asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the App; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
• Interfering with ads. You agree not to use ad blockers, modified versions of an App, or automated tools to block, hide, fake or click on ads.
• Reporting an ad. If you see an ad that is offensive, misleading or inappropriate, please email us (section 12) with the App name and a description or screenshot, and we will work to block it.

Purchases

If an App offers an optional in-app purchase (for example, removing ads), the price is shown in the App before you pay, payment is processed entirely by Google Play, and Google Play's own refund policy applies. We never receive your payment card details.

4. Games: no real money

Our card, dice and board games — including Jhandi Munda, Ludo, Rummy, Call Break and Color Cards Blitz — are offered for entertainment only.

• They do not offer real-money gaming, gambling or betting of any kind.
• Any points, chips, coins or scores in a game are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be bought for, exchanged for or withdrawn as money, goods or prizes, and cannot be transferred.
• Computer opponents play by the game's rules; outcomes depend on chance and on your play.

5. Information and health disclaimers

• Color Blind Test is a preliminary self-screening tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. For a medical evaluation, or for employment, licensing or aviation testing, consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
• Nepal Driving License is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated on behalf of the Department of Transport Management or any government body of Nepal. Always confirm exam rules, fees and requirements with the official authority.
• Learn English Grammar and our other educational content are provided for learning and practice and do not guarantee any exam result.
• Audio Compressor processes files on your device. Keep a copy of anything important before you compress it, and only process files you have the right to use.
• Pickup Lines & Flirty Openers is intended for adults and light-hearted fun. Please use its content respectfully.

6. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, graphics, sounds, text and design, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Traditional games such as Rummy, Call Break, Ludo and Jhandi Munda are public-domain games; our apps are original implementations of them and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the owners of any other product of a similar name. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and updates

We work to keep the Apps running well, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or stop offering an App or any feature at any time. Updates may be required to keep using an App. Because the Apps store data only on your device, uninstalling an App or clearing its data permanently removes your settings and game progress.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, an App. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer — nothing in these Terms excludes or limits it.

9. Your consumer rights

We act as a trader when we offer the Apps. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or any other country with consumer protection laws, you keep all the rights those laws give you, and nothing in these Terms overrides them. You can contact us directly using the details in section 12 for any complaint, and EU residents may also use their national consumer authority or the alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their country.

10. Privacy

How the Apps handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and for apps made for children, in our Privacy Policy for Children's Games/Apps.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using an App after a change, the updated Terms apply.
